My complaint:
I ordered two women’s tops and two dresses for my daughter. The package arrived, opened it up, stinky smells, shipped from China to an American address, and then shipped to I me. NO ORDER FORM OR RETURN LABEL. THE FABRICS WERE FLIMSY AND GAUDY, NOT AS PICTURED. I IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWED THE REFFUND PROCEDURE,BUT THEIR WISH APP CONTINUOUSLY SHUTDOWN AND SHUT ME OUT OF THE REFUND PROCESS.imI even contacted their email support, who DID NOTHING, FOR DAYS OF NE PLEADING FOR MY REFUND AND A RETURN LABEL TO RETURN THE FRAUD. WISHAPP IS A NIGHTMARE OF EVIL IN THE WORST KIND.
Suggested solution:
I followed every WISHAPP instructions and their email support instructions to obtain y refund. Nothing was done to give me my REFUND or a return label.
