Yes, I have been very patient with this company and ordered a lot of things at wish.but this is the last straw with them. I place orders and they post a delivery date. But then they keep changing the dates to fit their problems. It already takes much to long for them to ship a product at best. But I have 3 or 4 orders that they have changed the delivery dates three times.and they try to make the customer look bad by saying that the date was there at the time the order was placed. No one should have to wait 3 to 4 months to get an order that you have placed. And they have no way that the customers can explain because they have prerecorded questions and answers that they use.that don’t even relate to what the customer is wanting to talk about at all.this is not a fair trade rule for the customer at all.something needs to be done with this company and right away.please as a customer we need help from this company right away.
They should at least have someone that the customer can contact directly to explain the problem that we are having and a direct person.that we can explain our problems with.and not have to wait 2 or 3 days to hear from.
