My complaint:

I ordered an item on June 8th as a gift for Father’s day. When I went to buy it, it let me know that the estimated delivery for the item would be from June 15th to June 18th. Now my item has not been shipped from its location and will arrive on June 28th which is 20 days after I had the order ed and 10 days after they told me it would arrive. I am very upset as now the Father’s day gift will be arriving late.

Suggested solution:

They should ship it to me before father's day or by the time they had initially let me know it would arrive, or refund me for the shipping cost.

they are absolutely terrible with delivery dates the last at least four orders that I have placed with them I have not received my items and I had to wait an extra two weeks to a month before my money was put back into my account I feel like this is fried in a sense because it’s like they’re burning our money and they have it for almost 2 months before they were allow you to ask for a refund so then you’re out of the item that you ordered for the price that you got it for and you… Read more »
