My complaint:
I had one of my orders not show up and when I asked for a refund they told me that I couldn’t get one because it was past their 30 day window for return. I understand this timeframe but I don’t think that this should apply for items not received.
Suggested solution:
Yes they should reimburse me for the item amount.
