My complaint:
I ordered a pair of jeans from wish in July. There is a money back guarantee if your item isn’t received by a certain date. My date was August 15. I contacted support on that day and they replied for me to let them know when my item is delivered and I would be compensated. Well I received the jeans the next day, on August 16, so I contacted the wish support again, and they told me they would refund $3.00 Well the cost of the jeans were $27 plus shipping, and I’m getting nowhere with wish support. They keep telling me thanks for your patience have a nice life. This is false advertising and very unfair! I would like my full refund I am owed from this money back guarantee!
Suggested solution:
They should refund the entire price I paid for the jeans!
