My complaint:
I received a dress on 29720 from Wish, but it didn’t fit so on the 30720 I got in touch and told them I needed to return the item and needed a return label so I could send it back and get a refund. As the customer support seems to be a automated system I’ve left messages and all I get told is that support will get back to me in 35 days. I still haven’t received the label and not getting anywhere with them
Suggested solution:
I need them to email a label to me asap so I can return the dress and get my refund. I've only ordered 2 items from Wish and the other item was also returned, I got a label from them within a week but have only just received the refund for that item in the last week. I'll never use Wish.com again. Hope you can help me.
