My complaint:
An order for a pair of boots (order number 5e0a922c5c07985e302b5789) was never shipped. After looking at my order history, it states this order was placed Dec 20, 2020, which doesn’t make sense. It also states that a refund deadline was missed and I don’t recall asking for a refund. Another thing is that this item was said to have arrived by Jan 23, 2020. I’ve been a good customer for a while and deserve better service than this
Suggested solution:
Ship me the item I originally ordered.
