My complaint:
I can not find any information on them refunding a product if you don’t pick it up with in a set amount of days.
I NEVER got an email or phone call stating that I had items ready for pick up. Wish has both my email and phone number.
I feel as if they are just stealing money.
Suggested solution:
It can be resolved by getting all the items that have been partially refunded that were here and get them ready for pick up. I am willing to pay what they refunded amount only for each item.
