My complaint:
I ordered a ring and was told it was shipped then received an email saying there was a problem with the order and it would be delayed. That was 3 months ago. I keep emailing them and they say the time to return the item for a refund has passed. It’s like they do not understand English. Can’t get it through to them that I just want them to send me the ring I paid for.
