My complaint:
A large order has been processed. I have requested cancellation of said order several times to no avail. I cannot even get a reply.
I WANT THIS ORDER CANCELLED AND MONEY REFUNDED.
Suggested solution:
Cancel the order and refund the total amount charged to me ($89).
