My complaint:

I ordered few items from “wish” an online shopping platform on date 2010-06-30 but I haven’t received yet I already paid online for my order including delivery charges. But after one month I haven’t received my order they have given me 1 august date of delivery but after many complains on wish support I am not getting satisfied answer they give me options to choose and then ask me to wait until September. Yesterday I got a call to receive delivery they ask for delivery charges and the item is only one instead of 5, now I am asking them to refund due to late delivery or I can’t pay for each item 30 aed but they ask me your order couldn’t cancel bcz it’s on the way, clearly I don’t want anything now I want them to refund me back.
Suggested solution:
My Id is 60dc8f060db9490118ed1514, plz take action and help me to refund. This is unaffordable as per delivery I can’t pay 30 AED as I already paid for everything but receive nothing this is only a money stealing site
