I’m moving out from the Netherlands on the 29th of January 2021. My order was meant to be delivered to me on 22 Jan, but I still have not received it. I see in track and trace of Wish products that they say it will arrive on 9th Feb 2021, which is useless! And the company lied about the delivery date. I won’t be in the Netherlands on that date! So all I wanted was to send me the parcel this week or just refund me this week. As I will close my bank account by the end of this month. But they didn’t answer me. There’s no customer service number.
They did nothing for me, their reply was if you didn't receive it between 11 Feb 2021 and 13 Mar 2021 you will get your refund!!!!!
I ordered on 7 Jan 2021 because they said they're going to deliver me on 22 Jan 2021.
