Complaint: Refuses to cooperate on legitimate refund

My complaint:

In the last 2 weeks I spent over $100 on Wish. I did not cancel my order they contacted me and said my work and not be processed and I had the choice of getting a refund to the original payment method or have it converted into wish cash. I chose the original payment method. At this point I have received $10.50 back out of my refund and after repeated emails to their customer support I was told that they gave me all of my refund and what they didn’t give me didn’t go through so I can clearly see on my bank statement that it did go through and has not been refunded. One of the orders I had paid a piece of like they allow you to and agreed to pay the rest of it on a later date. The whole order was canceled I didn’t receive a refund for it and they just charged my account and more money. Please help.
