My complaint:
ON July 22nd 2020 I received a blue and white blouse. Upon receiving it i tried it on and it was way to small. Yes it was 3x which is what I ordered but it is not an USA 3x. Maybe for a china person as product was made in China, but not an American. I have sent several requests and downloaded a picture of it several times but customer service associate Fernado refuses to give me a refund. This is poor customer service as I should not have to pay for something that doesn’t fit. I have filed this complaint on Complain.Biz
