My complaint:

I ordered 4 helmets back in February. It is now August. I did get one last month but still waiting on other 3. I filed complaint numerous times with company with no resolution. They advise me that I may not be eligible for refund and keep extending the delivery date. I have paid a lot of money for items I did not receive. They stole my money as far as I am concerned and lawful action must be taken.

Suggested solution:

As a paying customer who was told that i am not eligible for refund on products I have never received, I feel I was robbed by a large company and feel lawful action must be taken.
