My complaint:
On November 5,2020, I contacted the wish app support team to request a refund for an item I hadn’t received (which is also like to point out that more than HALF of the items I’ve purchased never made it to me) . So they immediately refunded me my money but it was refunded to a pre paid visa I had used but no longer had possession of. I contacted them again to tell them of the situation and ask if they could either refund it to my bank account connected on file or wish cash ( which was how they normally refunded my money to me to begin with) but they refused, saying they weren’t able to do that. I explained to them I no longer had the card they refunded it to as it was an unreloadable pre paid and they informed me that I could contact the cards company and they could most likely reimburse me but the only problem with that is I have none of the cards information making that a futile attempt , which of course is extremely frustrating.
Suggested solution:
They should cancel the refund to that card as the card is likely in the garbage and the funds will still be on it , and refund my money to my bank or to wish cash.
