My complaint:
I ordered a sit on workout bench. It was cheap at £18 plus £10 shipping. The order ation shows a picture of the bench and all shipping notifications showed the same picture. However, Wish sent a rubber skipping rope. I complained and received a response from Judith who stated that my order was correctly filled. I complained three more times but each time received the same response. I requested a refund under their ‘30 day refund’ but Judith said I cannot have a refund. I am very unhappy. This is obviously a fraud.
Suggested solution:
Provide a full refund including £10 shipping so total £28. If they require the rubber toy to be returned they must supply a post paid address label. Picture shows the bench I ordered and the rubber toy I received
