My complaint:
I ordered a pair of jeans 2 months ago
I can’t contact them, the online web page just goes in circles, and there is no contact number and no response from the email.
They basically took my money and never shipped the item and there’s no way to contact them.
Suggested solution:
A live English speaking person might help.
I don't want the product I just want to get a cancel the order a refund.
