My complaint:
I’ve contacted wish customer service at least five times regarding the fact,I’ve had no ation email about an order u placed online. There is no information about the order in my order history on the wish app. I’ve explained all this,at least five times. All I get back from customer service. Is to click on the order history on my account to speak to customer service about this item. I feel like I’m either talking to a machine, banging my head against a brick wall or just totally being ignored. Other than informing trades standards of this. I fail to know what else I can do. Thank you
