Wish complaint: Refunds

My complaint:

I had orders that go back to Feb. some I got some I did not. I would inquire about by offers and wish would push my delivery date a couple weeks further ahead I asked for refunds and told the refund window. Yet I was pushed to wait longer. I order was from one company that I ordered 6 stones. I was given one that I didn’t order. When I went to the next item not received. Wish closed the refund on the next five stone. I have tried many times to get refunded. I have a lot of outstanding orders not delivered. Still getting pushed to different date. I waited longer simply because of Covid19. Some of my items have not left China.

Suggested solution:

They should slowly go through my communications with customer service and refund my money. I’m on my Social Security and it doesn’t go far. Plus the one company that put a tracing number on package that should of had several stones in it instead it had one I did not order. Once I got refund then window closed. That should not never happen on an order under same tracking number. Have always loved wish. But I’m very upset that I can not get refund for items not received. It’s BS.
