My complaint:
I ordered ONE pair of socks for my daughter’s bday, (Early April!) To this day I hv NOT received them, after me complaining a few times already, they finally emailed me back saying; “I will receive my order by May 14th,” STILL nothing!
Suggested solution:
Send my order NOW, overnight it, whatever because it’s going on TWO months-or give me my refund!
