My complaint:
I returned 2 laptop’s, 1 in September 1 in December 2020, I have trying to get my refund since October 2020

Still they keep asking me for these details over over.
I also sent back another 1 on the 2 December 2020, refund as yet,
Suggested solution:
Sort themselves out refund my money for both laptops. Sort out their customer service as now it's really not very good.
I’m going threw the same thing, my suggestion write to them go on Google get the wish main office in Delaware. File with the attorney general in California that’s were your ordering from file with your attorney general from your state and then tell wish your also filing with the attorney general in Delaware. If more people did this they wouldn’t screw around with the consumer. You will get a reply. If you can and know others tell them to contact the attorney general. Good luck
