My complaint:
Wish said l was returning item? 2 or 3 not including the ones they didn’t fulfill so they put some kind of warning or whatever it was l get so upset when l go threw this l appealed it in there words l was approved, to send in what they owed me l have done this over and over, sending messages not one response. I contacted BBB they responded said to send what was owed agian Nothing. I’m disabled, l have PTSD this has been way to much for me this has gone on for months. I contacted California attorney g who knows how long that would take l will be dead. All l want is my money back which they agreed to but will not do it
Suggested solution:
They owe me close to 300 dollars l want my money in a cashier's check sent to my home not in weeks immediately. They can not be trusted .There words are lies.they pound sunshine up your butt and do nothing. I will do everything l can to get it back. It's wrong and can not get away with this. And they have records l am not going threw all that agian each order has like 30 numbers they have records. Send me my mone6
Thank you for the suggestion l have been with tophatter since covid started and you are right they are great and have a wonderful staff. I just checked out wish bought a few things at a good price after that the nightmare began. Worse place l have ever felt with
