My complaint:
I have received a number of clothing items, only one of which I found to be of satisfactory quality. I have contacted Wish via the ordered items route in order to secure a refund for the sub standard items.
I had to converse with a different support agent in relation to each item – this in itself is poor customer relations and the process would have been much better if one support agent being able to deal with all of the items which I had issue with.
One support agent did refund me for one of the items but all of the other support agents did not.
I was informed that I would be contacted by a support agent within two days which did not happen. I was also informed that I would be sent an email with instructions as to how to get a refund but again I did not receive any such email.
I would therefore ask if you could please refund me the money for the sub standard items and inform me how I can return the items to Wish.
