My complaint:
I find it annoying that I cannot get my credit card
details changed when it states, “Give details of new
card details”. I have tried this more than a few times
and all that keeps showing is
“Oooooops there is a problem”
I am normally a very passive person but now I feel
I am being unfairly treated and it’s getting rather
annoying.
Suggested solution:
Accept that all I want to do is update my card details,
is that asking too much, ?
