My complaint:
I ordered a costume dress, it arrived. I looked at it through the cellophane packaging and new that it was not what I wanted or needed. When I contacted customer support they asked for me take a picture of it. I then had to open the package and take pictures, I have done so 3 times. The response continues to be send photos of the dress. It does not matter that it is not what I want and looks much too large. The customer service pledge appears to be false advertising. I am very frustrated.
Suggested solution:
Provide an address for me to mail the return, refund my money.
