My complaint:
Bought citizen blue angels watch. Took it out of the box ran. Put watch back in the box to take home. I know the watch had been in the dark for about a month and it is Eco drive so it was put in direct sunlight for 10 hours or more. It still doesn’t work. I assume it isn’t charging.
Suggested solution:
Replace the watch
