My complaint:
I ordered a shaver from Wish.com on 1st August, a month later after not receiving any communication why it is late, where it is at, how I can track the item, they finally replied to one of my emails. I am not sure if it was this website or somewhere else, though once I made a complaint to a third party like now they finally replied. Bunch of no good jerks that really are incompetent and infuriate you on purpose by giving you the round around. Now after 6 weeks on 7th Sept I received a partial $18 refund, though not the $5 ph. I had probably sent the same email around 10 times now (not exaggerating) explaining this and they all keep asking me wait for 10 business days!!, It has been 14 business days now and today even 4 emails back and forth and they are still telling me the same BS, I should wait for another 10 business days even though Wish CSRs state the date $18 was refunded was the 7th and reiterate today is 27th Sep (14 business days after the $18 was refunded). What kind of business do these people run!! Today I have received 4 auto reply to my email without any response from them and it was not even a reply stating we have received your email and so on.
Suggested solution:
Obviously the $5 refund immediately. I did not receive any explanation as to whatwhy the order was not dispatched after 4 weeks, no communication, no tracking records emailed and so on. It is like they live and sit in a silo and have their blinkers on. Order is below.
