My complaint:
I had paid about $56 for what was supposed to be 12 pieces of eyeshadows. When I got it in the mail it was one bottle of some cheap roll on eyeshadow. It wasn’t even the same brand as what I ordered. I told them I wanted to return it to which they sent me the information to return it and I mailed it back within two days of receiving the return label. They never processed the refund and now are saying it is outside of the return date. Wish is the biggest scam I have ever seen in my life!
Suggested solution:
Refund my money that they are supposed to.
