My complaint:
ordered a mtb jersey in size small the seller sent what can only be described as a L or XL,with the label CUT out so i cannot prove the size is not what i ordered along with the shipping fee cost me £22.30 for something that cannot be worn! This was a birthday gift i ordered,i messaged tge seller to be asked for a series of photo’s and measurements (did with a tape measure) to prove they sent out the wrong size,for the seller to want a photo of it being worn so they can see its too long in the arms to then be told as its been worn (2 seconds) they are unable to have it returned and therfore declined my refund (bare in mind they asked to see it on)!!!!!!
Suggested solution:
to just please send me my refund so i can then order one from another store
