The issue that I have experienced was:
I have been sending mails regarding my returned parcel to WISH that I returned on the 14th April which hasn’t been refunded.. This is really frustrating..i contacted HERMES because I used a return label sent to me by WISH, HERMES said my return parcel was delivered successfully to the recipient BLECKMANN LOGISTICS ..now its over 10days awaiting a refund which I haven’t seen. This is very disappointing.. Please can you track my refund STATUS
