My complaint:
I have requested a refund for an item that has not arrived multiple times. They keep asking me to wait. The money back guarantee and refund policy says I am eligible for a refund as the item was due between the 1st of April and 10th of April, it is now the 6th of May.
Suggested solution:
Give me the full refund.
