My complaint:
I ordered shorts off their app and when they came in they did not fit. They were suppose to be 4XL and I could not even get both legs in. I also ordered a braclet that broke when I tried to take it off.
Now I cant get a hold of anyone from customer support. Just the same questions and nobody to talk to (operator).
Suggested solution:
I just want to return the items and get a refund. I spent 78.98 on 4 pairs of shorts and a braclet that I cant use
