My complaint:
I ORDER TWO KEYPADS 1 IN SILVERAND 1 IN GOLD,THE GOLD WAS DELIVERED DAY LATER THE SILVER ONE ARRIVED ITWAS NOT OPENED RETURN LABEL PUTN BOTH ITEMS WE RETURN, I UNDERSTOOD THAT HAD TO PAY POSTAGE.ON WISHES WEBSITE IT SHOWS THE GOLD ITEM REFUNDED TO WICH I WAS WAS,THE SILVER ONE ON WEBSITE SAYS DELIVERED. THE SUOORT TEAM DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS AND REFUSAL TO SEND A REFUND THEY HAVE THE ITEM COSTING £32.00, THEY HAVE BOTH RETURN BARCODES FOR THE ITEM.
