My complaint:
I have been requesting a refund of an item I do not want and Wish keeps sending the same response to me – requesting photo of item then say someone will get back to me in 2-3 business days only to receive the same message ( send photo) I have been requesting a refund since August 25th
Suggested solution:
They should resolve my complaint by returning my refund
