My complaint:

I RECEIVED MY MERCHANDISE ON OR AROUND OCT 21′ 2020 THE BOOTS DID NOT FIT AND THE SWEATERS LOOKED CHEAP. SO I PUT EVERYTHING IN A BOX WITH A NOTE STATING I WANT A REFUND, MY HUSBAND TOOK IT TO THE POST OFFICE ON OCT 31, 2020. THEY REFUNDED THE BOOTS BUT NOT THE 4 OTHER ITEMS. I PUT A DISPUTE WITH MY CC AND JUST GOT A LETTER THAT THE AMOUNT IS GOING BACK ON THE CARD BECAUSE WISH SAID THEY DELIVERED TO ME THE ITEMS. NOW I HAVE NO SWEATERS AND BEING CHARGED FOR STUFF I DO NOT HAVE I WANT MY $65.59 BACK.
