My complaint:

I’ve ordered items to be sent to my address
Yet I noticed they were being sent to another address across the other side of the world, but Wish state they cant do anything until the items have been delivered….
Now Wish is refusing a refund as they say it’s time limit is up …. I’ve asked Wish to contact me several times and still waiting

Suggested solution:

By refunding me fully with compensation as the items were gifts .
