My complaint:
I purchased 2 7 color LED changing lamps’ and paid wish £25.14 on 18th August for 2 packs–expecting to receive 14 lamps. I received on 2 single lamps. After querying the items received, wish explained the amount was correct. I returned them on 1st September. Despite several chases and after submitting order number, postal proof, photos of items and return address receipt, I am still unable to receive my refund. Grateful for your help. Thanks.
