My complaint:
I sent wish an email about an item that I had sent back to a purchaser over a month ago and had not received the refund they didn’t ask for the USPS tracking number and the order number I sent them both and have not got a message back from them since and have asked them 4 times since and asked what is going on with my refund and have been ignored every single time and still no refund on my account.
Suggested solution:
They should email me back and give me information or send me my refund
