Complaint: Bmax laptop faulty no help

My complaint:

I purchased a BMAX laptop from wish in July and everything was fine for the first few weeks. However at the end of August the computer stopped working even though I have not made any modifications to it. The computer keyboard lights up but the screen stays black.
The is no method to contact wish after 15 days of taking delivery and BMAX have told me that I have to pay shipping to China for them to fix it.
I bought the laptop from wish and want them to collect it and replace or fix.
I bought the computer in good faith and do not see why I should pay for a company to fix the computer that is faulty.
Please help
