My complaint:
I ordered an item, it came but I was so disappointed, of what I got, it was a throw blanket, but it was so small that i cannot use it, it is like for a baby. I have been trying since 23rd of September, to get my money back, and to get in contact with costumer service, but it always comes up blank. I send them emails, and they just keep jerking me around, I keep telling them that their costumer service is not working, so I am doing it this way, but nothing is working,to get through to them.
Suggested solution:
By giving me my money back!
