My complaint:

I ordered several items on May 19,2020. The original arrival date was June 1-7. When June started the dates changed again to the beginning of July. Here it is the beginning of July and the dates have changed yet again to August 27. I tried to contact wish through the app, but there is no direct route, just pre written responses. The customer service in the app is a joke. I contacted them through email and received a response that they cannot help me unless I send correspondence though the app…What!!!! At this point I just want my money back, because now they have the products and my money, so I’m the only one losing right now.
