My complaint:
On September 18th 2020 I purchased multiple items causing over $390.68. All of the items were returned to the original manufacturer and never left the China the port hub. I have contacted wish on multiple occasion’s approximately 25 times and have not gotten my money back yet and has never been given a possible solution to their mistakes and to the sellers stealing my money. I either want the products that I purchased or I want my money back. There is no customer service number to be able to speak with someone they do not offer correct customer service complaints and contact with a specific person under the app.
This is the 2nd order that I may that I did not receive any of my items. In total wish has stolen over $400 from me.
I hope the government shuts down at this company because it is a fraud and they seal hundreds if not thousands of dollars of money from people.
I would really appreciate if someone could help get my money back I’m a single mother and I do not appreciate having over $400 stolen from me.
Suggested solution:
Create a professional customer service phone number to speak with an actual agent to help clear up any mismanagement and he sellers that the side not to send their products so that the customers can get a full refund. It should not be that difficult to get hundreds of dollars given back to a customer.
