My complaint:

I placed an order on wish for some items, it displayed a waiting time for them to arrive, as time went by I recieved a sms saying my items have arrived ,i went to collect them but noticed I was missing 2 items. The lady said I should not worry and just wait they will contact me as soon as anymore of my items arrive ! After waiting i called them and ed that it has been sent to a different location.. I managed to call and get it sent to the correct location i went there but only got 1 box and not the other item I ordered! .. and when covid striked I couldn’t get hold of the post office so I decided to wait for covid to end so that I can go and check up on my item which had not arrived yet .. after going there I was told that no more items have been sent i also contacted their customer support which was of no help at all they said they are not able to refund me which is very frustrating overall not being able to get any help with this problem is frustrating it says my item was suppose to arrive but as the attached pic shows it hasn’t arrived yet! What do I do ??

I dont prefer a refund only if it's the last resort.. I would really like my item that I ordered .
