My complaint:
I was sent 2 mate 43s instead of 2 note 21s and have been trying to get it fixed or resolved for two weeks now and all ive got was a reply 7 times we will know in 2 to 3 days and thats it. And im tired of the runaround about it.
Suggested solution:
The 2 note 21s should be shiped express delivery asap because you guys are the ones that messed up not me and the person that I have been talking to at customer support needs fired because apparently they dont do their job
