My complaint:

I have made an order of 31 different items and decided to choose the option to pick up the goods at a local store, This would take longer but as I was moving homes this seemed to be the best delivery option for me. The estimated date of arrival was in the begining of september 2020, order made in the begining of July. I was controlling the app updates regarding the expedition every day and the same information that the goods were still in china remained weeks after the estimated date of pick up. The message that I would be informed when the goods arrived. I kept controlling the app and contacted many times the assistance and the message was that there was a delay. This message was sent to me until 2 weeks ago, when for my surprise, I controlled the expedition information and finally there was an update! The goods have arrived here in Italy at the end of July but they are still not available for pick up! All I want to know is Where did Wisk deliver my order? If it was supposer to be picked up at a local store, where is it now????

They should inform where in Italy my order is and if they will ever be available for pick up at the local store as per my order request.
