Wish complaint: Received Faulty product and Wish is not giving refund

My complaint:

I have ordered drone, which i have received on 16th Nov’20. The drone is faulty, it dosent work, i have filed complaint for the same from my order section and asked for replacement or refund but wish closed my complaint without giving any reply or ation for refund.
Now i am not able to raise any new complaint for refund as that section is blocked.

My product is eligible for 30 days refund from date of delivery.

Please help to get refund.

Suggested solution:

They should have given me replacement or refund but now i need refund only as i cant trust wish anymore.
