My complaint:
This is regarding order 5e9a526217b4edc09d5236e5 on wish which I didn’t place and payment was deducted out of my account. As soon as I got email for order, I reached out to Wish support immediately to cancel the order on 18th April. By the time, wish team responded (on 20th April), the order was already processed. I was asked to wait for item to arrive and send the screenshot of item once received and they will proceed for return under request 26327778.
I have sent the screenshot of the item under Request 29241645 and I was advised to submit return request from Wish App of Web but I am not able to submit return request from Wish app or Web, I am getting error You can’t open more tickets associated with this order.
I have sent multiple emails but every time team comes back with same automated message to submit from app or website which is not working, please refer request 29420457. They are just harrasing me but sending same message again and again.
Suggested solution:
They should refund amount immediately and should be punished for mental torture
