My complaint:
Ordered two dog pens. First one was “delivered” yesterday and all I got was a large ininflated ball. I’m afraid the second pen will not arrive as well. I can no longer open the item’s link but the picture I can access now says something about a ball, which was not there when I ordered. However, it is clear the link was for an ANIMAL PEN.
Suggested solution:
Send the two pens or refund for both.
