My complaint:
On the 16th October i ordered 3 different purchases at the same time. All my orders were shipped separately .
Ist order was for 4 large storage box linen in a grey. i only received 3 and they were not was not the grey it looks like a charcoal color its not the same as the picture. They only refunded me the for i missing storage basket
The second order was for 4 small storage baskets in grey . I received 4 in the grey but I got large instead of small.
The third order was for 3 felt storage bin baskets in a small in grey ,but instead i got 4 large rectangle ones.
They also overcharged me for shipping , it should have only been $26 dollars ,instead i was charged $92 dollars.
Suggested solution:
All my orders were a complete stuff up. from the start I would like a refund for the whole amount . I didnt get what I ordered.
